Restore a purchase

Open any screen with the plans and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so use the same Apple Account you bought with. Lifetime works on every iPhone signed in to that account.

Cancel the Vacation Pass

Vacation Pass renews every week until you cancel it. Cancel in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or on apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid week.

Refunds

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Rates look out of date

The converter shows when rates were last updated. Pull down on the converter screen to refresh. Without internet, Juvo uses the last saved rates and your custom rates.

The currency switched on its own

When you arrive in a new country, Juvo switches to the local currency. Tap Undo to go back, or turn off Local currency on arrival in Settings › Travel.

The scanner doesn't read a price

Hold the iPhone steady with the price tag in good light. Use Snap to freeze the frame and tap the price you need, or scan a photo from your library.
